Independent Living Skills Training (ILS) is a service for those who have a physical disability, brain injury, or have a chronic physical or mental health condition. The goal of ILS services is to help develop, maintain, and improve independence in the home and community. ILS Services are covered under the Brain Injury (BI) Waiver, Community Alternative Care (CAC) Waiver, and Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver.
