Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services

Teaching skills for managing mental health and independence.

ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) services focuses on two things: managing emotions and mental health symptoms, and learning skills to help live as independently as possible. We focus our attention on the specific goals set by our clients. Our clients aren’t pressured on working on any specific agenda; it’s about developing their own skills so they can achieve their own personal goals in life.

Our ARMHS clients may focus on:

Learning how to take medication
Managing a budget
Learning how to control anger
Learning how to advocate for yourself with your psychiatrist
How to talk to your landlord
Developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise and sleep
